The build record · Detroit · Since 2015

From prototype
to production.

Thirteen ventures built end to end since 2015, ten live right now. This page is the whole record.

Thirteen ventures below. Ten are up right now, two are in build, one is retired. Two are on the App Store. More have been built and retired over the last decade, these are the current ones. I pay the inference bills on all of it, which is where I learned how cost, latency and quality actually trade against each other in production.

The build record

Thirteen ventures. Ten of them are up right now.

Every one went from first commit to live URL without a team. Two shipped to the App Store. One is the agent that runs the rest. Every tile says where it stands.

Honest range

What I build, what I don't, and why a buyer should care.

The first two lists are short and checkable on purpose. The third is the only reason the first two are on this page.

WHAT I BUILD
  • Production apps on frontier model APIs
  • Agentic workflows that run unattended
  • Native iOS, shipped to the App Store
  • Full-stack web, front end to database
  • Payments, subscriptions and billing
  • Transactional and lifecycle email
  • Edge deploys and infrastructure
  • Brand and visual design
NOT GREAT AT
  • Model research. I build on frontier models, I do not train them.
  • Native Android.
  • Managing a team. Everything on this page shipped solo.
WHY IT MATTERS IN THE ROOM

Building is not the job I want. It is why I am credible in the job I want.

  • When a buyer asks how streaming, retries or context limits behave under load, I answer from having shipped it.
  • I know what an integration costs to run, because I pay for mine every month.
  • I can usually tell a demo from a production system in one question.
  • I do not need to be the person writing the production code. I need to know when the answer is harder than it sounds.
